CHRISTMAS TIME IS HERE!

WELL! I have not blogged in ages, SO I thought it was time. :)

Christmas was AWESOME this year! It started out with Christmas Eve at 'Grannys' (as usual). The family came to her house--along with Mitchell, and we had a blast!

These are some cookies Granny made :)                      Mitchy did love the sausage ;)

So here is the BEST part. We woke up Christmas morning to a WHITE Christmas! Yes! I have proof. ;)

This is outside my Granny's house.
Looking off her back deck.

After this GREAT Christmas at Granny's, I went home and had Christmas with Mitchell. He got me way to much stuff! I must have been good this year!? :) Happy New Year!!!! :)

Black Friday = EXHAUSTED Saturday!!!!

As you read in my previous blog, last night I went shopping ALL night for Black Friday. I don't think I have ever been so tired in my life! It was sooo worth it though! Mitchell took about a 3 hour nap before we met up, but I couldn't sleep--I was just too excited! We met up at 11pm (on the dot) & went straight for the coffee! But since Starbucks was close, the Pilot just had to suffice. After coffee, we headed straight for Walmart. We got there about 11:30 and searched for the "doorbuster" items that we wanted to rip open at midnight. There was nothing I was looking for in particular, so I waited for one item that Mitchell wanted for his adorable little neice & nephews while he waited for another. I got off lucky with an item that not many people were in line for; so, when the clock struck midnight, I calmly grabbed my item. Poor Mitchell on the other hand, had to fight off 30 or more ragging mommas trying to grab the new "Leapster" for their babies--I just loved it! ;) After that, we rushed around the store trying to find any other good deals before they were all gone. Around 11:50 we got in line for two 32'' Emerson TV's that were on sale MAJORALY. Here was the thing, we had to wait in line until 2am to get the wristbands that said we were guarenteed a TV but, we couldn't actually pick the TV's up until 5am. Therefore, we were not able to leave the line until 2am (when we got our wristbands) but we had to be back to pick up our TV's at 5. So we were able to roam around until 5. Confused yet? Me too. :) Sooo this is what we did while waiting on our wristbands:
We were not tired yet! Luckily, we got to stand in the salad dressing aisle rather than the freezer section! :)
Finally when 2 rolled around we got our wristbands and headed to IHOP!! Let me just say I do not recommend IHOP to anyone on Black Friday! It was SLAMMED! But we got our food, ate, and headed back to Walmart! This was around 4am and I was starting to get VERY tired & possibly a little grumpy too! :( Mitchell was very peppy and awake though! Here is us around that time:
As you can tell, I was very sleepy. Although, some one else was WIDE AWAKE. =P.
After we received our TV's, Mitchell insisted that we take one more stroll around the store. Being the loving girlfriend that I am, I agreed even though I was a walking zombie. :)
I ended up getting in bed around 6:45am and I slept until about 1pm. I had so much fun this year at Black Friday and I cannot wait until next! :) Goodnight!

IT'S FINALLY TIME!!!

I do not think words can describe just how excited this gal is. Black Friday has finally decided to GRACE me with it's sweet presence! Ok maybe I am exaggerating a little bit, but not much! I am pretty excited! So here is the plan-- I am meeting up with Mitchell around 11 to get some "pre-shopping food" and then we are heading out to Walmart. We are gettting there just in time to get all the amazing doorbusters that start at 12 on the dot! After that, we are going to make our way over to the frozen aisle to sit and wait for two TV's that are on sale. (There is no one else I would wait with for 4 hours in the FROZEN aisle...Just Sayin'!). Anyways, If If IF I make it through this, we will head out to a couple different stores that Mitchell has his eye on & hit up IHOP. ;) After all of this, I will probably drag myself home and pass out for many, many hours!
This will be my survival!

Good luck fellow shoppers!

Dresses, Dresses, and MORE DRESSES!!

Oh how I love dresses! Not just any kind of dress, but VINTAGE dresses. Lately, all I find myself doing is looking at dresses online. I am almost positive that in a past life, (if there was such a thing) I was the cute little house wife from the 50's that wore the stunning party dress while sweeping the house. Anyways, I have found some dresses that I just KNOW you are going to love! Here's a few:
I just LOVE yellow!

I saved my absolute favorite for last! I would have bought it already if it didn't cost $400! :( So here it is:
Beautiful, right?! ;)

I'm in L.O.V.E.

Just lil ole' ME! :)

Hello! My name is Holly, and I am 17 years old. I currently attend Apostolic Christian Academy (Go Flames!) as a Senior in highschool while I am in Dual Enrollment at Pellissippi State Community College. Pretty much everything I do revolves around church, school, work, family, friends, and my awesome boyfriend. I wouldn't have it any other way! :) So here is a little about these AWESOME things/people that I listed above:

Church & School- I basically live and breath the First Apostolic Church of Maryville! I am just about ALWAYS there considering that I work, go to school, and I attend church there--all in one facility, cool right? :) Not to mention that it is the best church ever!

Work- As you have seen above, I work at Apostolic Christian Academy in the Nursery. Working at a daycare has its ups and downs, but all in all-- it is pretty great! I have grown to really love all the babies that attend ACA, so it is a fun job.

How does my job NOT look fun?! ;)

This is Nick. Im almost positive that you will hear more about him later. ;)
Family- My family is soooo important to me! Growing up, we were so close and spent so much time together. My mom is one of my closest friends! I love her more than words could say! My Aunt, Granny, and Brother mean the world to me!
Friends- I have mostly had the same group of friends since like 6th grade. The know me more than they want too, and we all are so different that we somehow CLICK. I wouldn't trade these girls for the world. :) Michelle, Katie, Hannah, Sarah, Alison, & (my newest member ;)) Crystal...love ya'll!

The Boyfriend<3- Last, but certainly not least! Mitchell Ryan Erlacher.... I love this boy! He is just awesome in so many ways. We are so different yet so alike that we often just laugh at the dumbest things! He understands me and can always tell when something is wrong. He is just the best!
I know, I know...we are just TOO cute! :)
